I am Fabiana, but you can call me Fabi! I am a Certified Sleep Consultant with a passion for helping families get the rest they deserve. Originally from Italy, now living in Scotland and mamma to my sweet baby Corah, I’m here to guide you through the sleep journey for your little one.

I was once struggling with my own baby’s sleep and so I understand how difficult it is.

Before becoming a parent, I was an outdoorsy, active person. I loved hiking, walking, and spending time with my two dogs. One of my biggest fears about having a baby was being too tired to do the things I loved. I was fortunate to have a smooth pregnancy, but it came with its own set of challenges. The discomfort made it difficult for me to sleep and at the same time all I heard from other mums was, “Enjoy your sleep now, because once the baby comes, you’ll never sleep again.”

If you have been told this before, I am here to tell you it doesn’t have to be this way!

After a few challenging weeks, I decided to study and gain the expertise I needed to improve Corah’s sleep.

As I started to get more rest, I felt I could be a more present mum and had the energy to enjoy my adventures again — this time with my little one.

Now I support other parents who, just like I was, are struggling with their baby’s sleep — and, in turn, with their own wellbeing.

  • Yes, sleep training is safe for your child when done with a gentle, responsive approach that is age-appropriate and tailored to your baby’s needs. The goal is to help your little one develop healthy sleep habits while offering plenty of comfort and reassurance along the way. As a sleep consultant, I ensure that the methods I recommend prioritise your baby’s emotional wellbeing, so both you and your child can feel supported throughout the process.

  • My approach to sleep training focuses on responsive parenting. I aim to minimise any distress for your baby. While I can’t promise no crying, I offer gentle techniques that provide plenty of reassurance throughout the process.

  • The timeline can vary depending on your child’s specific sleep challenges and the goals you’ve set. In most cases, you can expect to see noticeable improvements within 5-7 nights, with more consistent, restful sleep typically following after about two weeks.

  • I’m a certified OCN sleep consultant, trained by The Sleep Consultant Academy, with in-depth knowledge of infant sleep science and behaviour. I also hold a diploma in Psychology, Sociology, and Pedagogy from my college in Italy, which deepens my understanding of child development.

  • I offer a complimentary consultation to chat about your family’s sleep goals and concerns. This gives us the chance to get to know each other and decide whether we’re a good fit.

  • While there's never a 100% guarantee, I am confident that my programmes will give your family the best possible chance for success. If you are committed and consistent in applying my tailored plan you will see improvements in your baby’s sleep, and in turn your own.
